The Austin Flatland Crew Demo

When I was back in Texas for awhile. I extended my stay to do a lot with the Austin Flatland Crew. Austin TX has one of the biggest flatland scenes in America. They put on shows and demos all around; for businesses, events, grand openings. Watch for yourself at what these riders are capable of.

Terry Adams Demo

It was radical to hang out with Terry, as well as get some footage of him riding at a demo in Jersey.

Finally got around to it...

For some of you who might know, I've been without grip tape on my pegs for the longest time. So I finally got around to it and put some on and now I can stay on my McCircles without feeling like I'm about to fall off =PIMG00548-20110310-2145

EXPERIMENT WITH BIKES! NOT DRUGS! (35 to 0 offset)

I recently bought a Sequence Null stem to try some zero offset.
IMG00533-20110309-1918
Once I received the stem, I realized I had a lot of modifying to do. So I visited my friend Al at CJS and we started modifying!
IMG00534-20110309-1918
First problem was the compression bolt for my forks was too big to fit inside the stem. So we made it smaller!
IMG00535-20110309-1929
After a good hour of shaving it down, we got the bolt to fit in and tighten!
IMG00536-20110309-2027
Our next problem was the brake cable couldn't fit after we put in the bars. I was about to just say f-it and go breakless again, but Al didn't want to quit, so what did he do? Oh yes he did!
IMG00537-20110309-2041
Al drilled right threw the back of the stem with enough clearance from the fork bolt and the bars! Perfecto!
IMG00540-20110309-2047
After messing around with the brakes, we ended up cutting the brake cable to short. So we put in a new white one to go with my new white chain I got too!
IMG00543-20110309-2114
One reason why I love flatland is because it brings people together and there is always a hurdle to jump with them.

Fanito!

I would like to thank Al of CJS for helping me out with this and Aaron for making this stem! Make more of them Aaron!

A day after posting up "Josh Dissinger's Web Edit", it has received nearly 200 views, several likes, a few comments, and posted on a couple of external sites. One for example is livelifebehindbars.com. A really cool site that posts up videos involving bikes. Deco. Inspira. is making a scene =P

"Anthony Gets His Bytch Back" Jam

April 11th, 2010. The Jersey Crew and I put a little jam together for the occasion that I was getting back on my bike. I put off riding for almost a year to focus on my career. It was a rough year, but I didn't want my flatlanding to suffer any long, because of my dream. We had a good turn out. Progressed a bit on the pavement, shot a bit of footage, had a lot of laughs. Should have an edit up after I finish up my first Canon 7D video of Josh Dissinger. Keep riding!

Deco. Inspira.'s first flatland video...

This is my first flatland video back in 2006. This opened up my first Flatland DVD called" Winter Dedication". A flatland video that consisted of sessions at the legendary Oltorf Garage in Austin Texas and competitions around Central Texas.
